"Who is Jesus? He is the Son of God!"

The Father declared at the time of Jesus’ baptism – “This is my beloved son”. Jesus is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity. What an amazing truth – that Jesus, that humble carpenter from Galilee was and is the Son of God, fully divine, a part of the Godhead. And this Jesus is from the beginning of time and was with the Father in the creation of all things. And now as the incarnate son of God, He came to die for sinful humanity - for man, sinful, broken man. This was to forgive and transform sinful man and to give him hope and confidence in Jesus for the new life, the eternal life that Jesus gives to those who repent and believe in him. What a glorious and amazing truth!



Lord God we worship you and thank you for Jesus your son though whom you have given us abundant and eternal life. We thank you Jesus that you have forgiven us our sins and transformed our lives through the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name.
