Philippians 1:9 says, “And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ - to the glory and praise of God.”
Paul’s prayer for the Philippians was that their love would abound, flourish and thrive. What would it look like if your love flourished today?
How does knowing God’s love for you influence your love for others?
Take a moment now and talk to God about that love. Ask Him to reveal his love to you and through you today.
Oh, Lord Jesus, thank You for Your love. Everything we do, everything we are today, may it bring glory and praise to You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
