In these next chapters, Solomon gives common explanations and observations. He writes that there is a time to be born and die, a time to live and let live, a time for war and for peace, a time for laughing and for crying, and so by inference, there are times when we do these things and there are times when we should not do these things. Solomon also reflects about the hardships of our world. There is oppression, difficulty, and toil, and one of the only ways to get through it all is with others by our side.
