“The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.” Proverbs 13:4 KJV
Proverbs 13:4 AMPC declares, “The appetite of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the appetite of the diligent is abundantly supplied.” You may want your dream or vision to come to pass but you’re not willing to execute. It’s time to pull in the harvest — gather the harvest. It’s time to work.
Proverbs 10:5 KJV declares, “He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.” It’s time to work. Put your hand to the plow. Luke 9:62 KJV declares, “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
Keep pushing. Don’t stop executing. Let God lead your hands. Let God order your steps. Choose to move forward in what God has prepared for you. Proverbs 13:4 NLT declares, “Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper.” Don’t be lazy. Obey God and move forward. Step out in faith and do what God has called you to do.
James 4:2 KJV declares, “Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.” Surrender to God and ask God for instruction. Submit to God’s Way of doing things. You may want the vision or dream to come to pass but laziness will cause you to want or be in lack.
It’s time to try again. Pick up your dream again. Do what God has called you to do. Don’t be lazy. It’s time to execute.
Surrender to God’s Way of doing things and pick up that dream again. Stop making excuses and do it.
