I Am The Light Of The World. 

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John‬ ‭8:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Walk not in darkness. Walk in the Light of Christ. When you choose to follow Christ, He will shine His Light on every area of your life. When you follow after the Principles and Precepts of Christ, you will get His Results. Choose to humble yourself and submit to His Word daily. 

Submission is a choice. Choose to continually surrender your heart to Him daily. Choose to lay your will down before Him and let Christ lead and transform your life and your heart. 

John‬ ‭8:12‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.” 

Your heart yearns for something that only Christ can fill. Only God can fill the void of your heart. Nothing can fill your life like Christ. No one can fulfill and satisfy your heart like God can. 

Only Christ can heal you. Only His Word can make you complete. Follow His Word and let God order your steps. Let God make you whole. 

John‬ ‭8:12‬ ‭AMPC declares, “Once more Jesus addressed the crowd. He said, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the Light which is Life.” Make a conscious decision to serve and to surrender to Christ in every area of your life. Surrender to Him. Lay before Him. Let His Light shine on every aspect of your heart.

Is there an area in your life that you have not fully surrendered over to God? What fears are you holding on to? What anxiety are you afraid to release? Choose to let “it” go. Let the past go. 

Spend time with God today. Make Christ your priority. Let Christ search every area of your heart. Diligently commune with Him. Talk with Him. He’s waiting to hear from you.
