Hey there, all you going-home-from-camp people.

Even if you’re still on the road (maybe even still in the parking lot!), even if you have another 2-hour or 6-hour-or 10-hour (or longer) ride ahead of you – welcome home. Welcome back to your actual-now-home – the house you live in and the people you live with. Be sure to tell your family how much you missed them and love them. Be sure to tell them about camp - maybe not every detail, but at least some highlights. It will make them feel included, and that's a good thing.

But even more importantly –WELCOME HOME!!! Welcome to your real-forever-home – the God you live in (and for and with and through) and the other people who live there, too.

No matter where you are, who you're with, where you go to school, where you live five years from now, or ten years from now, you are always home in God, with Christ, through His Spirit.

You belong. You are seen. You are known. You are loved. You are saved. You are found. You are forgiven. You. Are. God’s. And that’s the best news ever.

Welcome home. Welcome to the family. Welcome to life.
