90 Days Of Prayer: Daily Prayer Through Psalms

DAY 69 OF 90

Read Psalm 69 today.

What is the psalmist’s situation?

For what does the psalmist cry out to God?

Where does the psalmist seem to believe God is—near or far?

At times God seems far, and we can boldly call for him.

As you reflect on this, pray in these ways and any other way the Holy Spirit leads.

- For encouragement for those who desperately want to feel God’s nearness, and to see his movement in their lives.

- For the freedom to boldly ask for God to reveal himself.

- For the surrender and trust that all God does is good and that he will respond.

- For those who are overwhelmed by life and cannot see a way out, for the way through and strength from the Lord.

- For God’s presence to be revealed to those who feel like life is pressing and crushing them.
