God has the power to deliver us from evil and enemies.
As you reflect on this, pray in these ways and any other way the Holy Spirit leads.
- Acknowledge all the things God has done for you.
- Pray for those who put themselves before God, rather than God before themselves.
- Ask God to show you the ways in your own life where you have put yourself before God.
- Thank God for the ways he has “delivered you from trouble.”
- Ask God to remind you throughout the day that he has already delivered you from trouble, and allow you to remember, with confidence, your triumph over the ultimate enemy because of what God has done.
