The Bible Study Reading PlanSample

To go along with this new understanding of putting on your new self, we are going to draw it out in order to visualize it. First off, on a piece of paper, draw the outline of a body and fill it with words that you would use to describe your "old self".
Next, go back to your old self drawing and color in the body with a black marker because all of those titles are no longer relevant. Now on a different outline of a body, write out all of the things that God says you are after having put on your new self. This is your true identity (see Ephesians 1 for starters).
