Reading your Bible is a step of wisdom. It is acknowledging that you don’t have all the answers, that you don’t have all the knowledge to get through your life. You need God’s help, and you need to read the instruction manual. I am one of those people who hates reading instruction manuals. I just jump in and hope for the best and usually end up 30 minutes later resigning to the fact that I can’t do this on my own and I need help. That is the same with our lives, some of us try and do it on our own, and it isn’t until we are completely lost that we resign to reading the instruction manual and map for life – our Bible. So, don’t wait. Don’t forsake wisdom any longer. The Word of God will protect you, so start loving it today! The beginning of wisdom is to get wisdom – so jump into the wisdom of the Word of God now!
