Sent: Eavesdropping On JesusSample

The word “glory” means “resplendent glory or magnificence” or “heaven.” In today’s passage, Jesus expresses a desire for us to get to see His glory, not so He can show off, but so we will be filled with the same love for God He has and know that all we’ve gone through was worth it.
Here on earth, emotions wax and wane with the circumstances we face, but in Heaven, nothing will discourage us again, and we will be free to fully enjoy that which we’ve worked for, God’s divine perfection. Not only will we experience reward for our faithfulness, but we will also be in the right spiritual condition to appreciate it.
Thank God for the opportunity to experience His love now and witness His glory someday.
