Think about who brought you to church for the first time. Or remember when you first heard about Jesus. Whether you realized it at the time or not, God was already starting a good work inside you to grow your faith in Him. Along the way, we will have a lot of outside influences in our faith journey as we follow God. But the cool thing is that it doesn’t really matter how you first learned about Jesus or even who told you about Him; what matters is that God is doing a work inside you that will make your faith continue to blossom! Take time this week to memorize this verse as a reminder of God’s work within you to grow your faith.
