Imagine carrying a really heavy backpack for a long time. If it sounds tiring and a little bit painful, that’s because it would be! Just imagine the relief you’d feel if someone came and took the backpack off your shoulders. That’s the exact feeling that God wants us to have when we share each other’s burdens. While it doesn’t mean we try and solve all their problems, when a friend in our life is burdened, we can offer encouragement, support, and love to help share the load. How can you help share the burdens of someone in your life this week?
