How many days until Christmas Day? Take a few minutes each day, between now and then, to discover what happened on the very first Christmas!
Remember the shepherds who saw an angel?! God knew how frightened the shepherds were. He always knows how we feel.
What was the first thing the angel said to the shepherds? Read Luke chapter 2, verse 10 to find out. There was no need to be afraid. The angel was bringing them good news! Read the rest of verse 10 and verses 11 and 12.
As soon as the angel finished speaking, the shepherds heard beautiful singing. There wasn’t just one angel now—the whole sky was filled with angels and they were all singing and praising God. They were celebrating Jesus’ birthday!
Pray. All glory be to God! All glory be to God! Praise him! Praise him! Sing with the angel choir!
