Anxiety sucks. Unfortunately, anxiety is a reality we are living with. This plan is designed to help you understand that you aren’t alone, that there is hope, and that God wants you to have peace. Over the next seven days, we’re going on a journey through the Bible to discover how we can live with anxiety and, possibly, find relief and peace in the middle of it.

Welcome to the 40-Day Worship Experience Youth Devotional! This is a time each morning to experience God’s presence for yourself. First, find a quiet space to be alone with Jesus for fifteen minutes before you start your day. All you need is your Bible, worship music, and a place to write down any ideas that come to you. Then, use the devotional readings, Bible verses, and reflection questions as a starting point to spend a few minutes with God. As you do, I believe you’ll build an exciting relationship that will transform every area of your life.

The book of Ephesians is a letter written by Paul while imprisoned in Rome. He wrote to encourage believers in Ephesus, a wealthy city known for trade and idol worship. These Christians had once been far from God but were now learning what it meant to be found in Him. Paul reminded them of their new identity in Christ and called them to live differently—treating others well, speaking kindly, obeying, and standing strong in faith through life’s challenges. I know you didn’t pick them, but you have a family. And however unique your particular situation might be, God has placed you there for a reason. The trick then becomes getting along with these people (especially if you’ve been cooped up with them for a long time). The next 5 days, we’ll take a look at what the Bible has to say about how to live with your family.
