Leadership Thinkingਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 9: Servant Leadership
Reflection:
Jesus redefined leadership by teaching that greatness is found in serving others. While the world seeks power and authority, Christ’s leaders are called to humility and service. He Himself set the ultimate example by laying down His life as a ransom for many.
Servant leadership does not diminish authority—it purifies it. Leaders who serve reflect the heart of Christ and create an environment where people thrive. To serve is not weakness; it is strength under control, directed for the good of others.
5 Reflection Questions:
- How does Jesus redefine greatness in leadership?
- Why is serving others central to Christian leadership?
- What are the dangers of leadership focused on power instead of service?
- How has Jesus modelled servant leadership for you?
- In what ways can you grow as a servant leader?
Application Question:
👉 What is one practical act of service you can do this week as a leader?
Prayer Prompt:
“Lord, teach me to lead by serving. Help me to follow Your example of humility and love.”
