Are you a fan of superhero movies? Maybe you’re into the classics, like Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman. Or maybe you’re a fan of the more recent heroes, like Thor, Black Panther, or Captain Marvel. Whoever it is, people love the idea of superheroes because they love the thought of someone showing up to bring balance and order to a chaotic world. Believe it or not, this is a lot like what happened when Jesus came on the scene thousands of years ago.

Jesus was born with a massive assignment: to save us from our sins. That Kid born in the middle of nowhere wasn’t just some baby in a manger. He was the Savior of the world—the ultimate hero God sent to rescue us from the chaos of our world. That’s certainly something to celebrate this holiday season!

Today, think about a part of your life that feels chaotic or challenging. As you do, remember this truth: Jesus came to bring order to that chaos. Because of that, you can trust Him to help, save, and love you, both in this season and beyond.
