When you think about the day Jesus was born, how do you picture it? It’s easy to think this moment was filled with grand celebrations. Surely, everybody in the small town of Bethlehem was fighting for the chance to welcome this Kid and his family. But that wasn’t the case at all!

Jesus, the Son of God, was born in a humble setting with little fanfare or excitement. His arrival looked a lot less grand than what you would expect for someone who would become the Savior of the world. The great thing about this is that how Jesus was born doesn’t change why Jesus was born. Though His arrival was seemingly small, His mission was not. From that very first breath, Jesus lived to save us, and that’s exactly what He did!
