## THE GIFT OF IMAGINATION Psalm 120 is the first of 15 Psalms of Ascent. These are the songs the people of Israel would sing on their way up to Jerusalem to celebrate the festivals, to prepare to meet with God. The songs are about the journey. Our journey in life has different seasons. Some are exciting, in others we struggle, some are uncertain and others are full of joy. The good news is that we don’t need to go through any season alone; God is always there and we can help each other on the journey. In every season, imagination is a gift from God that we can use to see the world through new eyes, to long for and pursue a better future, as we seek Him first.
