Bio for Pastor C. A. Paul
Pastor C. Anslem Paul was born the second son of two sons to Elder & Mrs. O. H. Paul, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, in 1972. At an early age he gave his heart to the Lord and found that his calling was to engage other young people in the ministry of preparing the world for the 2nd coming of Jesus.
He graduated from Oakwood College in 1996 with a degree in Ministerial Theology, while also having matriculated thru the Business Administration Program. Prior to graduating from Oakwood, Pastor Paul had the wonderful opportunity of serving in the South Pacific Division for a year in Australia as an Associate Pastor in the Victoria Conference of Seventh-day Adventist.
Pastor Paul received a call from the Southeastern Conference in 1996. After having matriculated thru both the Master’s of Divinity and the Masters of Youth Ministry programs at Andrew’s University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and pastoring several churches in Florida and Georgia, Pastor Paul is currently the pastor of the New Hope S. D. A. Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
In 2014, Pastor Paul made a very special “Altar Call” to Ms. Arcinda Massop. She responded to that call by walking down the aisle to become his wife in May of 2015.
Pastor Paul believes that no dream is too big, and that no effort put forth is too great when it comes to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. Creativity, innovation, passion, the power of the Holy Spirit, and knees scuffed up from seasons spent in prayer are what he believes will make the biggest difference in the world around him.

In the book of Ezekiel and Chapter 9, God gives Ezekiel a prophetic vision where he sees a man placing a mark on the foreheads of some specific people in the city. This mark seems to sets them apart and spare them the fate of others who do not receive this mark. We are going to explore two main questions: What is the mark or what does it represent? And who are the people who receive it?
People who love God enough to do what He asks.
The Sabbath is more than just a sign of our loyalty and obedience to God. The Sabbath is not what sanctifies us, it is a sign to remind us WHO sanctifies us and it sets us apart from those who would be designers of their own destruction. The Sabbath is the Mark of His Mercy and He wants to place in the fore front of our minds.

The only identifiable mark in scripture that we see God placing on people is something he calls a “seal” in Rev. 7, and a “sign” in Ezekiel 20
Revelation 7’s “seal” has characteristics very similar to Ezekiel 9’s “mark”. It identifies people who will be protected from slaughter and who overcome great tribulation. Both the seal and the mark are placed in the forehead
Ezekiel 20’s “sign” has characteristics very similar to Ezekiel 9’s “mark” as well
The sign in Ezekiel 20 indicates that a certain people have been “sanctified” or set apart.
Ezekiel 20 also identifies what the sign is – The Sabbath
