⭐️ Big Idea:
God is not shaking you apart; He is shaking you free.
👉 1. You Are Not Rejected
God’s discipline is evidence of adoption, not abandonment.
God is using the difficult parts of our lives redemptively. The shaking is not condemnation or wrath; it is formation in the hands of a loving Father.
You are not trained to earn your place; you are trained to live worthy of it.
❤️ Response 1

1. Rename the Pain
Where have I interpreted God’s formation as abandonment?

Consider the following:
Hardship
Correction
Conviction
Closed door
Delay
Loss
Disappointment
Unanswered prayer
A painful season
A relationship
A failure

Prayer:
Father, help me stop calling abandonment what You may be using for formation.
👉 2. You Are Being Formed
The Father uses painful seasons to make us whole.
Discipline comes in many forms, but it only forms us when we choose to surrender to God through it.
God does not prune what He is done with; He prunes what He intends to grow.
❤️ Response 2

2. Surrender the Resistance
What is God trying to heal in me that I keep resisting?

Consider the following:
Bitterness
Control
Defensiveness
Pride
Fear
Numbing
Avoidance
Anger
Insecurity
Comparison
Self-protection
A hidden pattern

Prayer:
Father, I surrender my resistance. Train me through this.
👉 3: You Are Standing Secure
Through Jesus, you belong to a Kingdom that cannot be shaken.
A storm does not create a bad foundation. It reveals one.
The point is not that we never experience shaking.

The point is that when everything shakes, we have somewhere to stand.
❤️ Response 3

3. Release the Shakable Thing
What have I been trusting more than Jesus?

Consider the following:
Comfort
Control
Approval
Money
Success
Health
Certainty
A relationship
A dream
My timeline
My reputation
My future

Prayer:
Jesus, I release what I have been trusting more than You. Be my foundation again.
