Western: One-time event at conversion—the end.

Hebraic: Entry point to a dynamic journey—the beginning

PURPOSE AND OUTCOME
Western: Individual escape from punishment—Saved “FROM” something.

Hebraic: Communal redemption—saved “FOR” something.

IN CONFLICT OR OFFENSE:
Western: You pray or forgive them because you’re “supposed to,” but stay angry and bitter inside.

Hebraic: See the offender through the cross; respond with mercy or blessing because of Jesus.

PERSONAL FAILURE
Western: We get guilty & spiral into self-hate or frantic efforts to “be better”/earn God’s favor again.

Hebraic: We confess quickly, receive grace, and step forward as God’s beloved child in progress.

MONEY AND POSSESSIONS
Western: We give when it feels good, have extra, or to check the tithing box.

Hebraic: Jesus’ generosity reshapes money as a kingdom tool—we freely share, tip big, or simplify life because true wealth is blessing others.

SUFFERING OR LOSS
Western: We feel abandoned by God, ask “Why me?”; numb out/distract yourself.

Hebraic: Jesus entered pain on the cross and overcame so can we. We grieve with hope, comfort others, and trust in the resurrection power of Jesus.

Sanctification
Separation from the power of sin.

Sanctification is a joy-filled, grace-fueled pursuit that flows from relationship with God.

Truth: Marriage is for my holiness.

Lie: Sin isn’t real—live your truth.

Truth: There is THE truth not your truth
