SELF-REFLECTION

FIT – A humble posture of love and dependence on God that is growing and being nurtured with intentionality and regularity

WELL – An inconsistent state of love and dependence on God that fluctuates based on emotions, situations, or those around you.

SICK – A plateaued, stagnant, or non-existent state of love and dependence on God

Questions to Assess our Spiritual Health (60 second timer)
1. Do the words that come out of your mouth reflect the character of God? Would someone know more about who God is and how much He loves them by what you say to or about them?

2. Would the way you treat others reflect the way God loves you and them? Would the way your heart responds to those who are in need reflect God’s love for you and them?

3. Would the way you steward what God has entrusted you be reflective of how much He has blessed you, how grateful you are for all He has given you, and how much you trust Him?
