The Disney idea of a fairy tale or Happily Ever After is not the reality for too many people.

Many are broken at home - their lives are full of loneliness, unmet needs, conflict, and misery because of family issues.

God wants you to have your Happily Ever After, and in this series we're going to help you do it!

Often, if things aren’t where you want them to be you need to ask this question...
Am I the Problem?
The Bible reveals repeatedly that we should "look in the mirror," meaning that we should pay attention to our spiritual state - the condition of our heart and our actions.

Whether or not you consistently "look in the mirror" could be the difference between the life you love and the one you dread!

Jesus expects us not focus on the faults and sins of others, but on our own.

Like Adam and Eve, we need to stop pointing the finger at others and start being accountable for our own actions.

You are the assignment!
Carnal Behavior:
1. Judging
2. Jealousy
3. Contentions/Arguing
4. Division / Cliques
5. Impatient
6. Mean
7. Boasting / Proud / Arrogance
8. Rude
9. Selfish
10. Touchy
11. Resentful / Holding Grudges/Bitterness
12. Quits Easily (ex: quit church or marriage)
13. Believes the Worst of People/Vilification
14. Hatred / Hostility
15. Malice

You can’t be nasty or naughty by nature and have a happy home life!
Mature Christians, people who have Godly character, are the ones who enjoy happy home lives!

You must prioritize building Godly character! You've got to go from Faith Talk to Faith Walk!

You can’t ghost the process! You've got to debug your character! You've got to work on you!

Maintenance comes before the miracle! God works on the vessel before he pours out the oil!
3 Moves that Build Godly Character (that sticks):

1. Grow on Purpose
You hold the keys to your own development / transformation - no one else.

Make purposeful progress in developing your character.

Let God edit you!

2. Pray & Obey God's Whispers & Nudges
Having a daily prayer life is key to operating with and developing Godly character.

Staying full of the Holy Spirit helps you to be successfully and consistently led by the Spirit into doing the right thing.
3. Don't Do It Alone
Godly friendship will have some friction at times - they will help you grow into acting more like Jesus.

Sometimes your friends are your mirrors - let them help you grow.
