Discussion Questions - Re-read our main passage from this week (1 Timothy 5:24-6:5) and then with your Growth Group, family, friends, etc. thoughtfully answer the following:
1. Is the knowledge that all hidden things will eventually be made known comforting or terrifying to you, and why?
2. Does it bother you if your good deeds aren’t noticed or appreciated by others? Why or why not?
3. Who was your hardest boss, and how well did you honor him or her?
4. Why might it actually be harder to honor another Christian who is in authority over you than a non-believer?
5. What are examples of different doctrines being promoted by some in our time and culture?
6. How can we tell the difference between normal cultural change and the abandonment of biblical principles of living?
7. Why do we sometimes have an unhealthy craving for controversy?
8. What’s your next step in response to this message?
