- Americans spend an average of 4 hours and 30 minutes per day on our phones.
- Nearly 57% of Americans consider themselves "mobile phone addicts."
- Three in four admit to feeling uncomfortable without their phones.

1. Is there a need for you to rethink your consumption habits?
- How might this affect your mood, thoughts, actions and behaviors, and make room for God’s word?
2. How will you use what you consume for God’s glory?
3. Will you consider Bible reading/listening at least 4 times a week?
