You bear false witness against your neighbor when you steward the lies of the enemy better than you steward the Truth.

- Marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman, established by God to reflect His covenant love with His people.
- It is sacred, lifelong, and designed for intimacy, fruitfulness, and partnership under God’s authority.
- Marriage is not a contract of convenience, but a divine covenant that reveals Christ’s relationship with the Church.

Bearing false witness is when the vessel God designed for Truth becomes a weapon of deception used against your neighbor.
Bearing false witness is an assault on the image of God in another person.
Do you love people the way God loves people?
How can you lie about one of His image-bearers and say you love Him?
If the enemy can’t get you to partner with his lies about you, he knows he can eventually get you to partner with his lies against your neighbor.
