Introduction:

It’s October and it’s important that we understand that we are in the middle of a spiritual war for souls, for our minds, for our children, for our peace, for unity, etc.

Today's message is titled, "Exposing Works of Darkness."

This message is both for the initiated who needs to be reminded to on guarded against the devils schemes. But it is also a message to new believers and even those who are here who have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, the only savior of man kind.

I want to start by saying that you can be saved and still play into the enemy’s schemes. A saved person can carry a spirit of lust. A saved person can carry a spirit of offense. A saved person can carry a spirit of strife and division.

When we are saved, our spirit is regenerated. That is what we call being born again but we must still contend for our freedom, by first knowing truth and second applying the truth. Applying the truth, confessing, acting on it, believing it despite our feelings, or what the world may say, secures our victory. So the day-to-day fight is to be reprogrammed from the lies of Satan permeated through the world by hearing the truth of the word and receiving with faith.
