Step #4 – We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
Goal – Identifying the truth about who we are when no one is looking.
Why are we doing this?
1. Guilt destroys confidence.
2. Guilt damages my relationships.
3. Guilt keeps me stuck in the past.
When we swallow our guilt, our stomach bears the burden.

Take responsibility
Where the practice of confession is superficial, the experience of grace will be superficial.
