Two foundational truths about the Fruit of the Spirit
1. The Holy Spirit produces the fruit
2. Fruit is developed and gifts are distributed
Question: How do we develop the fruit of patience?
patience: makrothymia- “long-tempered” “long suffering” or “slow to anger.”

It describes patient endurance, especially in difficult circumstances or with difficult people. It reflects a steadfastness in suffering and the ability to endure hardship without giving up or retaliating.
Simple definition:
To trust God in hard times without giving up.
Question: Have you been under leadership where patience does not exist?
God is calling you to be steady and consistent. He wants you to be firmly fixed, stable, and balanced because you have Him!
Question: How steady are you?
Warning: Just because culture has lost its patience does not mean that God has.
It’s not about what you’re waiting for, it's about who you're waiting with!
