Keep Moving Forward
Often on our journey to living our dream, we find ourselves in a place where it feels like our dream has been delayed, where nothing seems to be happening, and we battle thoughts of whether or not God is really going to do what he said. Today, I want to answer the question 'What's taking so long?' and help you to properly wait to do one of the hardest and yet most important things that you can do to live your dream, wait on the Lord.

1. Let HIM Cook!

***This scripture gives the implication that it may take some time for the Dream that God has given you to actually happen
***God says that we are to Wait for It!

***There is a set time, a perfect time for every blessing from God! God's timing is specific and perfect
***God's saying "Wait for it, Wait for it..."
***Sometimes it feels like we're waiting unnecessarily on God's timing (like the widow in 1 Kings 17) but... God's wait can save your life

***Don't Do it Yourself! DIY can make it DIE!
***If you wait, it will be great!

***Hurry up and Wait! Be Patient!***Remember, God's delay is not God's denial!

4 Reasons its Taking So Long:

1. God's Working On It

***God's putting things in place! He's dealing with people's hearts! He's Moving!
***Let Him Cook!
(The Time between Moses first telling to let my people go and when Pharoah actually let them go >> 4 to 5 months? According to the Bible, how long did it take for Moses to convince Pharaoh to let the children of Israel leave Egypt? - Quora)

Satan is Fighting it

***Use Your Authority, Faith & Prayer to move Satan out of the way!
(Paul had a 2-3 year delay getting to Rome)

3. You're Not Ready for It

***You're not waiting on God, he's waiting on you!
***If you won't even tithe/pray/serve, God's Power Can't work for You
***If you want to let him cook the make sure he has all the ingredients!

4. It's Just Not Time yet

***God has timed this perfectly! He's saying "Wait for it... Wait for it..." and soon he will say "Jump!"
***For many, it's imminent! You're closer than you think! (Matt. 14:31)***“God did it!” This will soon be your testimony
