Are you wanting to grow in your Spiritual journey?

Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our community groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.
We are looking to grow our groups. If you are interested in joining a new group in 2023 please contact Leslie Stone, our Director of Small Groups & Connections at leslie@hittheriver.com

February 5th - Baptisms
Following the service there will be an opportunity for anyone who would like to publicly celebrate their commitment to Christ and be baptized. Sign up by using the Church Center app or going to our website HitTheRiver.com. If you have questions about baptism, feel free to email them to info@HitTheRiver.com.

February 5th - Annual Business Meeting
The River Church’s annual business meeting is on Sunday, Feb. 5th at 4:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and hear how the financial resources God has given were used in 2022. Members will be voting on the 2023 budget as well.

February 17th - Women's Bible Study
Are you in danger of slipping into some false belief that will undermine your love for God and ruin your witness in the world around you? The study of Galatians can stimulate a return to your first love for Christ which you experienced as a new believer. Galatians will renew the thrill of faith in Christ alone as sufficient for your daily needs both temporal and eternal. Join us on this 9 week adventure in God’s Word on Friday afternoon from 1:00 - 3:00 pm beginning February 17th. Contact Margaret Layman for any questions by emailing margaret.s.layman@gmail.com. April 14th -15th - Build Your Marriage Conference
Do you want to take your marriage to the next level? Then save the date! April 14th -15th there will be a Build Your Marriage conference at The River. Details will be available soon so mark your calendars!

Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for a few friendly faces to help greet people on Sundays. Would you consider volunteering once or twice a month before one service? Families are welcome to serve together.
