Take the opportunity to ‘connect’ midweek with God and others. Opportunities include Kids’ Connection (Kindergarten-Grade 5); Jr. High Dew Crew (Grades 6-8); and Adult Bible Study and Prayer. Those participating in the adult study should read chapter 6, “ I Will Never Cast Out” in the book, Gentle and Lowly. (Free copies are available on the information tables.)

A Ladies’ Bible Study will meet at the church. The group will be studying “Faithful: From Eden to Eternity.”

THU, OCT 21 @ 7:30 PM // Dewey Ladies' Book Club
The Dewey Ladies’ Book Club will meet at Connie K's home (check the church directory or contact the office for address) to discuss ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’ by Delia Owens. Bring snacks to enjoy following the discussion. All women of the church and community are welcome to participate.

SUN, OCT 24 @ 10:35 AM // Worship Service
In the Worship service, Pastor Neal will continue the sermon series from 1 Peter. The message will be drawn from 1 Peter 3:1-7 and will continue the theme of “Rock-Solid Living.”

You're invited to Pumpkinpalooza on Wednesday, October 27 from 6:30-8:00 PM. Event highlights include indoor trunk or treat booths, games, hot dogs, s'mores, and hayrack rides. All members of the church and community are welcome to attend. Volunteers are needed to set up trunk or treat booths, and to help with other activities throughout the evening. Let us know you can help by signing up on the coffee nook bulletin board. Contact Ann Kaiser or Emily Harrison with any questions (we can provide booth ideas, too -- just ask us!)

Piano: DCC has an extra piano which the Trustees are trying to find a home for. The piano is currently located in the northwest Sunday School classroom off of the gym. If you have interest in it, please speak with Galen L.

FYI: Although Sunday, October 31 is the 5th Sunday of the month, our regular schedule of services will be held that day. (Sunday School classes at 9:30am and the Worship service at 10:30am). Please take note of this change.
