Christian + Family:Loving and Serving your Spouse for Christ
During January and February we are learning together about the relationship between Christians and their families. In our family roles, God gives us an opportunity to show love for Him and love for our families. And God's purpose is that, through our testimony, our love, our service, and by the power of His Holy Spirit, our families would also come to know God's love and receive His gifts of forgiveness and life.

Today we are thinking about God's call in marriage. Through marriage, God gives us a chance to love and serve our spouses. Marriage is a gift of companionship from God and is intended to be a testimony to God's loving relationship with His church. In that relationship there is grace, forgiveness, love, and unity. And through that relationship God blesses his people with fruitfulness, family, and holy purpose.
