Praying From Paul's Lettersনমুনা

We Are Brothers and Sisters in Christ
"No longer as a bondservant but more than a bondservant, as a beloved brother." (Philemon 1:16, ESV)
Prayer
Heavenly Father, give us Your vision to see other believers as brothers and sisters in Christ. Grant us eyes like Paul to look upon other believers as family. For this earthly structure is passing away and one day soon we will all gather, bowing low at the feet of Christ our Savior. Help us to link arms now, one in the Spirit, one in the Lord, as one family of faith.
Whether we were given high status and responsibilities in this life or lowly, humble positions, may we see one another as made in the image of God, precious in the sight of God, blood-bought brothers and sisters in the kingdom of God. May this world have no hold on our love or respect for one another.
May Your divine love connect us heart to heart and hand to hand until that day when we are gathered together before Your throne. Help us to consider ourselves privileged to be servants of the Most High God. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
