Praying From Paul's Lettersনমুনা

Jesus Christ Is Preeminent, God the Son
"He [Jesus Christ] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.” (Colossians 1:15, ESV)
Prayer
Jesus Christ, how we praise You! You brought us out of darkness into Your marvelous light. What a gift! A blessing like no other. You have redeemed us and transformed us through the forgiveness of sins. Because of You, Jesus, and Your ultimate sacrifice, now we share in the inheritance of heaven.
Your amazing love is magnified even more, as we remember that You are God, the triune Godhead: God the Father, God the Son, God the Spirit. You are the image of the invisible God. All things were made through You and for You. You are before all, beyond all, above all, and You hold all things together. You created all life, died for our sins, and then rose up again, demonstrating Your power over death. You are Preeminent over all!
Creator God, You absorbed into Yourself the penalty for our sins, reconciling us back to Yourself. You made us in love; You died for us in love; You brought us back to Yourself in love. Enlarge our hearts to love like You, our Savior, our God, and our King. In Your name, Amen.
