This is why I, Paul, am in jail for Christ, having taken up the cause of you outsiders, so-called. I take it that you’re familiar with the part I was given in God’s plan for including everybody. I got the inside story on this from God himself, as I just wrote you in brief.

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles

So I, Paul, am a prisoner of Christ Jesus for you who are not Jews.

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in behalf of you Gentiles,

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles

For this reason [because I preach that you and believing Jews are joint heirs] I, Paul, am the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles

When I think of all this, I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus for the benefit of you Gentiles . . .

Beloved friends, because of my love for Jesus Christ, I am now his prisoner for the sake of all of you who are not Jews
