We face spiritual battles daily, and the way to face them and fight them is on our knees in prayer! Let's look into various instances in Scripture where prayer was done to respond to challenges people were facing. When battles come, we strengthen ourselves through prayer, crying out to Him who provides relief, refuge, and victory.

No local church of Jesus Christ progresses beyond its leaders. When Paul made his farewell to the elders he had trained in the church in Ephesus in Acts 20, he presented the record of his ministry with them as an example of true spiritual leadership that faithfully built up the church. As Alistair Begg explains, the transparency, integrity, and urgency he modeled are an example to the church’s leaders today.

Jesus Christ is God the Son. He says so. The apostles and all of Scripture proclaim it to be true. His bodily resurrection settles it. Therefore, we worship Him, as only God can save us. We are lost and separated from God. In your heart, fall down before Him as you look at these Scriptures. His Deity can be found from Genesis through Revelation!
