How do we respond when God promises to do something in our lives that naturally seems impossible? Do we respond by making “back-up” plans in case God doesn’t come through? The book of Jonah is a special Bible book. It is about a prophet who does not want to obey his commission. Jonah knows that God is gracious to people who don’t deserve it, and he does not want God to show mercy to his enemies.
