1 Peter shows us the wonderful identity of those in Christ. No matter how today goes, or even your season goes: whether you perform well or you have a shocker, whether you win or lose, whether you play or you’re on the bench, how does God see you? Chosen. Loved.

How do we as Christians navigate the changing tides of culture and society in a world that seems to be shifting beneath our feet? In this short devotional, we explore the concept of being "exiles" in this world. It reminds us that while we live here, our true citizenship lies elsewhere. We are part of a higher Kingdom, and this perspective should shape how we interact with the world around us.

It is tempting to run from our choices. To feel as though the circumstances are so stacked against us that we cannot choose our way out. God calls us to participate in His Kingdom. Our choices are powerful and they matter in the Kingdom of God. Through this plan we will be encouraged to choose a truer perspective, make wiser choices, and persevere through sufferings.
