When someone dies, it’s often hard to find words to say to comfort the family, even when you know the deceased was a believer. This reading plan offers some advice for comforting and encouraging things to say at a Christian funeral.

These clichés may seem innocent, but are harmful to our faith and keep far too many believers stuck in spiritual immaturity. To succeed in the business that God has placed in our hearts, we must have faith. However, the enemy of faith is fear. Both cannot be in us at the same time.
