PSALM ONE HUNDRED-THIRTY
A Song of degrees.
1Out of the depths I have cried unto You, O Lord. #Jonah 2:2; Lam. 3:55
2 Lord, hearken unto my voice, and let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
3If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? #Psa. 143:2; Rom. 3:20
4But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared. #Ex. 34:7; 1 Ki. 8:40; Jer. 33:8; Psa. 2:11
5I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope. #Isa. 8:17; Psa. 27:14
6My soul waits for the Lord more than those who watch for the morning; I say, more than those who watch for the morning. #Psa. 119:147
7Let Israel hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is mercy, and with Him is plentiful redemption. #Isa. 55:7; Psa. 86:5, 131:3
8And He shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities. #Psa. 103:3-4; Mat. 1:21
