Mental illness reaches across all boundary lines as depression and anxiety impact the church-goer just as much as those who don’t. So, what do we do with this? Join us for a 3-day journey through the Psalms as we discuss mental health.

In difficult situations, we long more for a change of circumstances than we do a change in ourselves. Surprisingly, changing what’s inside of us by choosing gratitude changes our perspective even if circumstances remain undesirable. That’s why God tells us to be grateful in all circumstances.
