Ma`asei (Acts) 8:29-31

And the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and join him in that chariot.” And running up, Philip heard him reading the prophet Yeshayahu, and said, “Do you know what you are reading?” And he said, “How am I able, unless someone guides me?” And he called Philip near, to come up and sit with him.
