Micah 1:5

For the transgression of Ya’akov [Heal of God] [is] all this, and for the sins of the house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]. What [is] the transgression of Ya’akov [Heal of God]? [is it] not Shomron [watch mountain]? and what [are] the high places of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised]? [are they] not Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]?
