And they did bind the breastplate by his rings unto the rings of the ephod (vest) with a lace of blue, that it might be above the detailed (skillfully made) belt of the ephod (vest) , and that the breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod (vest) ; as the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) commanded Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters].
