Are there any believers in your fellowship suffering great hardship and distress? Encourage them to pray! Are there happy, cheerful ones among you? Encourage them to sing out their praises! Are there any sick among you? Then ask the elders of the church to come and pray over the sick and anoint them with oil in the name of our Lord. And the prayer of faith will heal the sick and the Lord will raise them up, and if they have committed sins they will be forgiven. Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another and then pray for one another to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer! Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers. He actually shut the heavens over the land so there would be no rain for three and a half years! Then he prayed again and the skies opened up over the land so that the rain came again and produced the harvest. Finally, as members of God’s beloved family, we must go after the one who wanders from the truth and bring him back.

3 Days
Join me over the next three days as we reflect on some of the places we may forget Jesus is with us, what it means to wait on God, and how Jesus is with us during the good and the bad. Just like my song “There Was Jesus” says, “In the waiting, in the searching, in the healing and the hurting…there was Jesus.” Thanks for joining me. - Zach Williams
4 Days
This plan will explore what the letter of James teaches us about growing into maturity in four major areas. 1) WHO GOD IS: God’s character and nature 2) WHO WE ARE: the identity of humanity and/or believers 3) WHAT WE BELIEVE: core Christian doctrines 4) HOW WE LIVE: putting faith into action
This plan is intended as a guide to discovering the message of James for yourself! Grab a notebook to jot down your thoughts as you are led through a process of: 1) Observing the text of James 2) Interpreting its original message to James’ audience in the first century 3) Applying the letter’s timeless truths to your life today
In today’s society, it is easier to play the victim than to claim the victory we’ve been promised through Christ’s sacrifice during our struggles, grievances, and sufferings. Throughout this 4-day journey, you will not only learn how to identify the clear signs that you’re succumbing to a victim mentality, but you will also gain practical guidance to securing a “more-than-a-conqueror mindset.”
