It seems we often want to be delivered from temptation while still keeping close touch with it. Pushing temptation away, just not too far away. Is that you? The theme of these guided audio meditations is how to overcome temptation. Day one is better understanding temptation. Day two is knowing the closeness of God in the midst. And day three is learning to walk again after falling.
Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that.” That is the theme of these guided audio meditations: shining light into darkness. Your first meditation will help you center on the light of God within you. In the second meditation, you will become more mindful of God’s light shining out. Finally, a meditation on God choosing you to light the world around you.
Being chosen by God means you are predestined to shine out the glory of God and shine among the world like the stars! But do you believe that? These guided audio meditations are a reflection on that shining. Discover the presence of God within you and reflect on emptying yourself of the false hope the world offers to be filled with the shining presence of the divine.
When we grow closer to God, we help those around us learn more about him. These verses help us deepen our understanding of God and his will for us.
