For V'HAYAH KOL ASHER YIKRA B'SHEM ADONOI (Everyone whoever calls upon the Name of the L-rd — Yoel 3:5 [2:32]) shall be delivered. How therefore shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without someone doing the hatafah (preaching)? And how shall they do the hatafah (preaching) unless they have been sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach” Besuras HaGeulah Isa 52:7.
