Salmos 88:4

**PARENT NOTICE** This Bible Plan was thoughtfully developed for older children (ages 10–12) and addresses sensitive themes, including grief and mental health. Parents or guardians are encouraged to review the videos and complete the plan together with their children. Mental health is real. But we are not alone in our struggles. In this plan, we will discover what God says about anxiety, depression, and the living hope we have in Jesus.

A strong faith can feel impossible when you are overwhelmed with doubts and questions. That kind of faith seems impossible today. But, what if you didn't have to wait for that day? What if it were available now? Today, you can build a stronger faith when you follow the pattern found in the Psalms. This plan will show you how faith and doubt can co-exist together.

Why do bad things happen to good people? Why there is so much suffering in life? When life feels unfair, and the world feels broken, you need to know there’s a God who understands and wants to restore all things. In this plan, you will learn how grieving, hoping, and gratitude can help you make sense of your suffering.

You sincerely love God, but you are lost when faced with people whose only answer to your questions is "Pray more. Trust the Lord. Read your Bible more..." Do not despair! Yes, a Christian can be depressed. The Bible gives us many examples, explains the causes, and offers us very real and practical solutions to get us out of it.
